The Faith Tradition of the Kunrukhar (Uraons) deals with the religion of the Kunrukhar. The myths, legends, rituals, stories and wisdom sayings of the tribe are seen as their faith tradition or oral scripture. The first part of the book presents the Primary Sources, i.e., texts written o the religion of the Kunrukhar before 1947.
The second part of the book presents the Synoptic texts on the faith tradition of the Kunrukhar which deals with the Myths, the Legends, the Traditional Wisdom, Feasts and Festivals, the Rites of Passage and the Belief system of the Kunrukhar. The book is also useful for further research on the religion and culture of the Kunrukhar.
