Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from India Club.

Change-of-mind returns
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

India Club does not charge a restocking fee

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us. India Club will provide a prepaid return shipping label when a return is required. You may choose either a replacement or a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the refund after we receive the returned item. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

How to request a return
To request a return, contact us at weborders@indiaclub.com before sending the item back. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Items returned without prior authorization may delay processing.
