Description

Dialogue is buzz-word today. One cannot understand mission today without dialogue. People have to understand the meaning of the Word of God in the context they live. God speaks very specially and differently in the given context. Faith in Jesus and commitment to the master draws every Christian to respond positively to the situation. In this volume, one understands that dialogue should be prophetic.

As prophets encountered the people and interacted in the context and announced the Divine and denounced the evil in society, Christian dialogue should be prophetic dialogue. More so, this volume brings home fourfold prophetic dialogue: dialogue with the marginalized, people of different cultures, religions and faith seekers. What is the matrix of this prophetic dialogue? How can a religious community respond to the challenge? This book tries to find answers to similar questions.
