They requested me to teach and conduct classes for their clients, who bought their new microwave cooking system. This also gave me an opportunity to understand other brands of microwave ovens, as well as to experiment and try out new vegetarian dishes.
There are many books in the market about the methods of cooking non-vegetarian recipes. There is, however, a great need specifically for vegetarian microwave recipe books.

This book is designed to make your microwave cooking as easy as possible. It has been the result of extensive experimentation and adaptation of various recipes. My intention as been to help you understand and follow the recipes correctly. The ingredients are always clearly listed, separate from the step-by-step method and have been given in the order o their use in the recipe. Correctly measuring the ingredients is a necessary part of cooking.
